Carol R. Demcak

Carol Demcak, President of ARMC, holds a Master of Arts Degree in Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach (1981) and has conducted numerous projects in the southern California coastal and inland areas since 1977 focusing on prehistoric archaeology. Her research interests include hunter-gatherers and lithic procurement and exchange.

Hugh M. Wagner, Ph.D.

Hugh Wagner received a Master of Arts in Paleontology in 1979 from U.C. Berkeley and a Ph.D. in geology from U.C. Riverside in 1981. Hugh has extensive experience in paleontological resource management for diverse large construction projects, both public and private, and has monitored compliance under both CEQA and NEPA.

Hugo R. Lozano

Hugo Lozano, Vice President of ARMC, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology (emphasis archaeology) from California State University, Fullerton, in 1994. Hugo has carried out archaeological and paleontological monitoring for ARMC since 1995. He currently serves as Paleontological Field/Lab Manager.
